Custom-made furniture and the shell of the building combine together in a project which puts the emphasis on the linearity of modern shapes. The light colours of the walls, the stone, the wooden floor, the furniture and all the natural fabrics, diffuse the light coming from the wide living room windows.  Steel and natural larch characterize the large kitchen design. The master bathroom, with its marble walls, glass, and varnished furniture, gradually opens out to become a dressing room.

The upper three levels of this new building, in the historic centre, accommodate a luxurious apartment. The penthouse living room, with three completely glass walls, overlooks the historic city with an extraordinarily evocative, panoramic view.  A large kitchen and guest bathroom complete the day-time area. A stone staircase over a winter garden connects the living room to the spacious furnished roof terrace. The night-time area hosts two large suites, complete with two ample bathrooms.  A study, a small breakfast kitchen and a service area complete the apartment.
