The historical complex of Villa Pliniana, the most ancient among the ones existing on the Como lake, has been completely recovered respecting the historical landscape’s features. The mansion structure, built on the waterline, has been restored through a conservative and strengthening work. All the other buildings have been recovered preserving the residential use. On the sediment of an old lemon-house, collapsed in the past, has been re-established the volume, and has been realized a covered pool made of steel and glass. A new garage has been created in a heliport area. The landscape project recovers the park and the historical garden, overlooking the lake.
